But if you use the lifting platform very frequently, almost for 68 hours or more every day, we suggest that you also increase the frequency of maintenance, because otherwise, your lifting platform is prone to problems during use. If you use it frequently, we recommend that you perform maintenance on your lifting platform once a month. During this monthly maintenance, we need to check the lubrication and wear of the rollers, intermediate shaft, and bearings of the moving lifting platform. We also need to pay attention to the oil level and quality of the hydraulic oil. If the oil level or quality is found to be insufficient, it should be replaced in a timely manner. In addition to doing maintenance once a month, we should also not forget the annual year-end maintenance. Check the connection between the hydraulic system and the pipeline to see if there are any damaged areas. Pay attention to checking the spool (belonging to the valve body) of the descending valve and clean all the dirt inside. The most important thing is to pay attention to the condition of the hydraulic oil. If there are any problems, they should be dealt with in a timely manner.
